This class is from our December 2025 Community Class - working on a combo/short choreography called "Serpent" accompanied with breakdown drills for those small details!

  Fluid Pathways & "The Mountain" Combo

Let's work on some fluid pathways, melting those transitions to make a seamless flow! The second half of class we will be learning a combo that has purposeful stillness, softness, and contrasting sharp hits.

  Community Class: OverShimmy & Arm Pattern

In this Community Class we focus on the over-shimmy (3/4 variation) from a slow breakdown to full speed and ending class with an arm pattern - we add some contrasting layers at the end for an additional challenge! Let's dance
