Day 9: Layering Fundamental Movements

Taking basic movements and shapes and adding them over a timed hip! The idea of the continuous hips throughout the drills is to get the hips to feel like second nature so we can focus on and change up the upper body layers with more ease. This class is 20 minutes but if you want to power through it, stay for the extra 8 minute bonus round!
