This Choreography can be done as a solo or group piece! It's split up into two elements (Water & Earth). Here we try to embody different characteristics of each element: ex. Water crashes, it can be still, it flows, rains trickle or pour, strong currents/hurricanes. We are Mother Earth telling a story

  Community Class: OverShimmy & Arm Pattern

In this Community Class we focus on the over-shimmy (3/4 variation) from a slow breakdown to full speed and ending class with an arm pattern - we add some contrasting layers at the end for an additional challenge! Let's dance

  Day 4: Chest Foundations
